Manager will translate the information from the Discovery
phase into an action plan and the preparation begins.
Preparation:
The team prepare for the development of your project, planning
specific roles and defining requirements. The pre-defined
material (from Discovery) is collated, stored and analysed.

Build
With the team fully prepped, all the materials avialable,

Launch:
The launch phase of the cycle is possibly the most critcal
